I've seen the "future" of fat loss products.

Are You Freaking Kidding Me?

Unfortunately no.

When you find out what I am talking about you will realise why I had the words "future" in inverted commas.

You see I subscribe to Google Alerts to keep me up to date with latest information on certain key words that I am interested in.

One of those key words being Aussie Fatblast.

So guess what pops up in my inbox today on the latest google alert.

Generic Fatblast Extreme

So I was curious to see what else was called fatblast.

This is what the description of Generic Fatblast Extreme is (as copied from the webpage):

Fatblast Extreme is an advanced fat-binding supplement that removes fat from the foods you eat.

Are You Freaking Kidding Me?

Why on God's earth would you want to REMOVE the fat from the food that you eat?

Does this mean that if you eat nuts which are all protein and HEALTHY fats that all the goodness is taken out of them - making it wasted calories that you have just consumed.

Yep, it seems like it does.

Does that mean that fat people can eat whatever they want, Big Macs, Fries and all of that gear and have the fat automatically taken out of it?

Yep, it seems like it does.

But I guess I get the last laugh.

Underneath the section where it says Extreme Fatblast on the web all of the postings on every page are from my Aussie Fatblast videos from You Tube!

Hah!

Hopefully the poor people who have found that site by some misinformed person will see the links and finally learn the truth about what it takes to burn body fat.

If they read the Aussie Fatblast Secrets Revealed FREE report the misinformed punters will see why low fat foods are not good for us.

If low fat foods are no good for fat loss results, imagine how bad fat free foods are for you.

So if fat free foods are bad for you, can you understand the significance of how bad a supplement that actually REMOVES fat from your foods is?

I can't stress this enough.

Fat IS essential in your foods.

Don't be fooled by any man in a white coat who tries to tell you otherwise.

What Do Gordon Ramsay and I Have In Common?

Did that title capture your eye?

So what do we have in common?

The use of the 'F Bomb'? Some may say yes.

A funny accent? Only if you are not from Australia you may think so.

A great chef? That is debatable although I think I go alright just quietly!

So, what do we have in common?

I just finished watching an episode of his show "The F Word" that I taped on Monday night. It's past my bedtime so i gotta tape it!

Anyway, Gordon said something that made me smile, apart from his frequent 'F Bombs'.

He mentioned how one of his colleagues was always harping on about the benefits of a low fat diet and how he thought it was all a load of ... well, you know what he would say about that!

Do you think that Gordon may have seen a copy of my Aussie Fatblast Secrets Revealed Report where on page 5 I talk about the real truth about low fat foods.

Chances are no, but did you read the report. If not why not?

I've also posted about this on here last month

With pioneering chefs like Gordon Ramsay leading the way, the mainstream will eventually catch on to the fact that low fat foods will actually make you fat.

Next time you're at the supermarket, forget about the processed low fat rubbish and go the real deal hollyfield or better still give the packaged stuff a miss and stick with fresh fruits, vegetables, protein sources and water.

Might sound boring to some, but they are the ones who have enough belly fat to last a summer in the Sahara.

The idea is to give you the tools that you need to make a decision about whether something is for you or not.

WHAT CAN YOU LEARN FROM A BILLIONAIRE?

One bloke I really look up to in the business world is Sir Richard Branson.

I would love to have lunch with him one day just to rack his brain and listen to his lessons that I am sure he would share.
Maybe if we did meet up one day I could swap some of my Aussie Fatblast secrets for a fit, slim body in exchange for some of his wisdom. What do you think?

Anyway, I was reading through my swipe file on motivational quotes, stories and words and I found this from the Virgin King.

2. Exploit a Passion: "I start businesses when I have a passion for something. That's also why I went into the airline business, even though everybody I talked to told me that there was no money to be made there.

GO YOU GOOD THING!

Today's post is something a little different, more of an inspirational story for us all.

I woke up this morning to hear the news that an Aussie is leading the Tour de France!

Cadel Evans survived a crash yesterday where he was bruised and battered to turn a 6 second deficit into a 1 second advantage.

Sure we are only 10 days into a 3 week journey but you can't help but admire the fighting spirit of the bloke.

I would love to see him get the biscuits on the final lap of the Champ Elysees in Paris to become the first Aussie to ever win the famous race.

I'll be cheering him home that's for sure!

I'm feeling sore.

I finished my workout about 45 minutes ago and I am already hurting!

I love it.

Some say I'm a sadist.

Some say I'm worse.

But the same people who say that are the ones who wish they were fitter.

They wish they were slimmer.

They wish they didn't have that spare tyre.

Or their bingo wings.

The people who don't whinge are the ones that get results.

CHEAT YOUR WAY TO FAT LOSS

Okay, I confess.

I cheated.

Yep, I got caught red handed.

What on earth am I talking about?

No, I didn't cheat on my girlfriend.

What I did cheat on though was my eating plan. And I do it every week!

I love my cheat meals.

They don't make up the whole part of my diet like some people and I don't have one every day.

But what I do allow myself is a total of 4 cheat meals a week.

I figure I eat over 40 meals a week - at least 6 a day and times that by 7 days in a week and you get 42.

As I am pretty active I eat a bit more than 6 meals a day on most days, normally every 2 hours or so.

So I figure if I have no more than 10% of my meals as cheat meals, I can still live my life and get the fat loss results that I want.

I also like to have my cheat meals on the weekend so I can remain discplined and focused throughout the week. The weekends are also the time that I am more likely to be out for dinner with friends and want to enjoy the menu - like the Lobster mornay I had on Saturday night!

What do I class as a cheat meal?

Anything with wheat or gluten in it for starters.

I don't eat that stuff during the week and rarely on a weekend.

Or anything that I would not classify as part of my healthy eating plan.

So that means any slices that my girlfriend might bake - she loves to bake!

Or that may mean having a drink, which I am not doing at the moment. 5 weeks and counting since my last sip of alcohol.

I think you get the picutre by now.

Cheat your way to fat loss by enjoying no more than 4 cheat meals a week.

You can remain a sane person, still be social and still get the fat loss results you want.

Ok, I am fired up today like the title says.

Why you ask?

Well, I picked up my mail just a little while ago and saw this piece of rubbish in there about Pilates for Fat Loss!

God help the poor fools who believe this rubbish.
