I've decided to start a new video type of posting, Aussie Fatblast Recommends.

This will be where I review a product that I have either purchased or have been sent to for review by the Author.

The idea is to give you the tools that you need to make a decision about whether something is for you or not.

Today I tackle Fast Fat Away by a mate of mine, Brad Pilon, also known as Eat Stop Eat.

This is a VERY controversial 'anti diet' aimed at people who have tried and not gotten the fat loss results they want from the traditional diet methods
