I'M FIRED UP TODAY

Ok, I am fired up today like the title says.

Why you ask?

Well, I picked up my mail just a little while ago and saw this piece of rubbish in there about Pilates for Fat Loss!

God help the poor fools who believe this rubbish.

I agree! I teach Pilates and Yoga and I love yoga in particular, practicing every day, but it has to be part of a balanced programme which also involves high intensity resistance training! I treat my yoga as the recovery (even though I do pretty intense yoga with lots of arm balances and 'push-up style' vinyasas) and while it makes me feel great, its not my fat-burning exercise!
